The iGrill ambient probe monitors the internal, ambient grill temperature when connected to an iGrill app-connected thermometer. This probe can withstand the intense heat of searing and all-day grilling. Each ambient probe comes with a probe grate clip that allows for the most accurate, grate level, temperature readings.
